States. AgC was formed in 2006 and is a wholly owned subsidiary

Tri-State
is a stand-alone finance company that was formed in 1931 during
the depression to provide credit to livestock producers when it
was difficult for livestock producers to obtain credit at a reasonable
price. Through
the formation of AgC, Tri-State expanded its scope of lending to
crop producers and all types of related agribusiness entities that
either, sell to, buy from, or provide services to, farmers or ranchers.
