President and Chief Marketing Officer since its formation in October 2006. Agribusiness Credit & Services Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tri-State Livestock Credit Corporation, is dedicated to all types of agribusiness loans other than livestock loans.

Tri-State Livestock Credit Corporation

President and Chief Credit Officer. Tri-State is a stand-alone finance company specializing in primarily livestock loans. Tri-State services $40+ million of assets across 150+ relationships. The loans range from $5 million to $50,000. Tri-State is lead lender on six loans of which participations are sold to other lenders.

CoBank ACB 1995 to August 1, 2003
Credit Manager

Supervised credit operations of West Coast and Northeast regions of CoBank to include loan committee approvals, credit administration, credit classifications, etc. Served as the Sacramento middle market portfolio manager for two years. Loan committee chairman responsibilities up to $50 million. Had four direct reports and nine indirect reporting relationship managers. Scope of authority included 125 accounts with $1.7 billion of commitments. Frequently served on committees or delegated tasks concerning policy/procedures development and personnel training.

CoBank ACB 1989-1995, Texas Office Manager Managed all responsibilities of the Texas office of CoBank. Upon CoBank merger started with twenty five employees and downsized to twelve in six years. Office closure sent Bob to Sacramento. Texas portfolio size started at $300 million and was downsized to $150 million from the formation of the Headquarters Corporate Division and reduction of twenty five problem credits. Portfolio ranged from 120 to 160 accounts. Loan officers supervised ranged from eight to five.
Central Bank for Cooperatives 1981-1989 This credit management position involved working on agribusiness cooperative loans in participation with district banks for cooperatives. Served on the loan committee approving all credit actions.
Sacramento Bank for Cooperatives 1979-1981 Account officer and a working supervisor of three junior credit officers. Managed the credit relationships of agribusiness cooperatives.
Bank of America
1970-1979
Started banking career with Bank of America in Madera California as an Agribusiness Credit trainee. Progressed through six credit and staff positions in four locations. One position was in Indonesia. Experience started with consumer lending, farmer financing and progressed to agribusiness corporate and cooperative lending.
Dekalb Seed Corn 1969 Summer intern focused on expanding the seed corn market through product promotion and recruitment of new dealers.
Prior to 1969 Farm work on the family farm in Iowa.
